| In the most complex deal of his career, Titan Commercial's Ben Rosenfeld has helped Midwest Gaming break ground on Illinois' 10th casino, which will use up the last gaming license in the state. Ben repped Marc Realty, which owned much of the 3000 River Road site in Des Plaines that was sold to the Neil Bluhm-controlled gaming company. Marc retained Ben after he negotiated lease and termination agreements of Revere Mills—a linen and towel distributor that had occupied 172k-SF of warehouse space on the site—in 2004 and again in 2009. Revere Mills will move to a 10k-SF office space in Des Plaines and a 182k-SF warehouse in Greenville, SC, allowing Midwest to break ground this week. | |
