TALL DEAL

Zeller Realty Group, the property manager at 500 N. Michigan Ave., has selected Reed Construction  to complete a capital improvements project at its 24-story Mag Mile office building. Construction includes the renovation of eight building corridors and restrooms on 16 different floors.Jack Hennessey is the senior project manager on behalf of Reed Construction. Hydzik Schade  is providing the architectural services. Construction is scheduled for completion in mid-2009. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in 1967, the facility is home to a wide variety of companies in the fields of accounting, advertising, financial services, market research, media and medicine
