Real Estate Finance Forum gathered for its 22nd holiday party at LaSalle Power Company last night to mark the end of a rough year and hope for the best in the next. Strategic Capital Partners' Robert Bollhoffer, John Bonino, National Electrical Benefit Funds' Jim Freko, and Regions Bank's Rick Percifield grabbed drinks early in the evening. Rick is working on dispositions, which he says will transform the balance of wealth, if the right people buy into them.

 

U of Chicago students Priya Atur  and David De La Rosa  join JLL's Chuck Hoag  and Guy Ponticiello. Chuck and Guy were pleased to announce they've just added a $175M portfolio to their new online auction platform. Priya and David say they're just trying to survive finals, but David's already looking forward to a real estate investment class next quarter. (He must think his professor reads this).
