Pangea Real Estate and @properties made Crain’s “Fast Fifty” list of growing companies in the Chicago area. Pangea earned $68.4M in revenue last year buying and managing apartments in the city’s low-income neighborhoods and owns 11k apartments in Chicago, Indianapolis and Baltimore—8k in Chicago alone. Real estate brokerage firm @properties reported $155.9M in revenue last year, according to Crain’s, by recruiting and training many of the best real estate agents in the city and working with tech startups to give them competitive advantages in the marketplace.
