Who said no one was hiring? John Basile and Tyler Hardy have joined Grubb & Ellis?s Industrial Group as associate vice presidents. Basile was formerly with Epic Realty Partners, where he provided leasing and sales advisory services in the I-55 corridor. He has a bachelor?s from the University of Chicago and an MBA from DePaul. Hardy joins Grubb & Ellis from CBRE, where he handled office and industrial leasing and represented 1.5M SF of available space. He's an alum of Miami University. |
