Land Leased At Joliet Intermodal

JLL's Len Caldeira and Connor Mullady repped Pacer Cartage, one of the largest drayage carriers in the US, in a long-term lease for a 10-acre site in the Port of Will County Logistics Park, adjacent to the Union Pacific Joliet Intermodal Terminal. NAI Hiffman's Ben Cremer repped the owner. Pacer will use the access to the Union Pacific railway to add to its network of ramp-to-ramp intermodals.
