Self-Storage, Retail Hybrid Ready For Groundbreaking

Denver-based Pamlico Investments is developing the 117k SF property, called Belmont Mills, at the former Midwood Goods site at the intersection of 10th Street and Seigle Avenue. The Chambers Group is leasing the retail space. [CBJ]
