Three Water Ridge Trades For $35M

Sentinel Real Estate acquired the 109k SF Three Water Ridge office building from an entity affiliated with Goldman Sachs for $35M. The property, at 2118 Water Ridge Pkwy, is fully occupied by the global shared-services unit of Walmart. The retail behemoth inked a 12-year lease for the space last year, the Charlotte Business Journal reports.

CBRE's Patrick Gildea and Will Yowell repped the seller. The building is in the Water Ridge Office Park. The rest of the office park is owned by New York Life Real Estate Investors, which acquired 11 buildings at the site last year for $115M. [CBJ]
