MPV Properties recently broke ground on a 25k SF medical office building in Denver, N.C., a build-to-suit for Novant Health, which will occupy the entire building. The property will be completed by August.

Novant Health, based in Winston-Salem, is a network of more than 1,380 doctors. It provides care at 14 medical centers with 2,676 beds — including three in Charlotte — and more than 500 outpatient clinics and other facilities.

Southern Real Estate's Mike Wiles repped Novant, while Mark Newell and George Macon with MPV Properties repped the landlord. Robert Johnson Architects designed the building; Shelco is the contractor.
