New Townhouses Planned For South Charlotte

An entity affiliated with Pappas Properties filed pre-application materials with the City of Charlotte for a 58-unit townhouse project. The development would be along Tryclan Drive, South Boulevard and Clanton Road on an eight-acre parcel Pappas Properties has owned since 2008.

The townhome project appears to be in partnership with Pulte Homes, a national homebuilder with projects across Charlotte, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The townhouses would be part of Pappas’ Scaleybark Station, a mixed-use development (partly pictured) planned since before the recession. It would be on 23 acres, and not far from Scaleybark Station on the LYNX Blue Line. [CBJ]
