NJ Investor Snaps Up SW Charlotte Industrial Properties For $63M

Secaucus, NJ-based Hartz Mountain Industries acquired Lakemont West Business Park in southwest Charlotte for $63M. The property consists of eight Class-A industrial buildings totaling 969k SF on more than 85 acres.

Major tenants include Empire Distributors, Staples and General Fasteners Co, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. CBRE's Patrick Gildea, Anne Johnson and Bryan Crutcher repped the seller, while CBRE's New York office repped Hartz Mountain Industries. [CBJ]
