Crescent Starts Work on Spec Industrial

Spec is back: Crescent Communities broke ground on the 209k SF speculative industrial property, AirPark West Three, in the AirPark West campus in northwest Charlotte. The property, about three miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport, will offer 32-foot clear heights, and will be LEED certified. The property can accommodate up to four tenants, though none have been signed yet, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The other two buildings at the campus total 276k SF and are fully occupied.
