LEED SOUGHT FOR LAKEPOINTE 3 & 5

A 25k SF expansion by healthcare consulting firm The Lash Group at LakePointe Corporate Center's Building 5 brings the 111k SF building to 100% occupancy. LakePointe 5 and a sister building, LakePointe 3 (above), are in Charlotte's I-77/Southwest submarket and have been managed by Charlotte-based Trinity Partners for the past two years. Both buildings are now fully leased and were recently awarded Energy Star in recognition of their energy efficiency. Trinity?s Jay Coombs is overseeing the application process to have the buildings LEED certified. Long-time tenant The Lash Group was repped in its expansion by Jones Lang LaSalle's Chase Monroe. Trinity Partners' Rhea DeJesus Greene repped the building.
