| Mercury NoDa, still in the planning stages, will sit on almost four acres at Mercury and East 36th streets. Developer Tyler Foster, in a rezoning petition, says he envisions the residential units (whether for sale or for rent is unclear) as well as ground-floor retail that could include a grocery store, bicycle shop, bank branch, and other neighborhood services. Tyler has filed an amendment to an original rezoning petition seeking the additional residential units. A public hearing on the request is scheduled for Jan. 17. | ||
