SHOPPING SPREE

In case those of you living in the Northwest suburbs don't have enough places to shop, McShane Construction Company  just completed work on the Esplanade Shopping Center in Arlington Heights. The 19k-SF center at 2920 W. Euclid Ave. already has a Starbucks opened (co-tenancy, anyone?) and has signed a lease with Subway, which is expected to open soon.  Atlantic Realty Developers, out of Atlanta, developed the single-story center which can house up to 12 individual tenants.
