| It's almost beer-thirty in NoDa. Birdsong Brewing plans a soft opening Dec. 9 starting at 7pm, the microbrewer?s co-owner Tara Goulet tells us. (That's Tara with husband and pub co-owner, Chris.) ?We have an awesome (5,000 SF!) warehouse space with a 10-barrel, stainless steel brewing system chugging away next to a cozy tap room and bar that's ready to be lounged in,? Tara says. The first batch of Birdsong?s signature pale ale was brewed this past week. There will be a few complimentary pints for those attending, as well as salty snacks to keep 'em thirsty. |
