Saratoga Asset Management Looks to Crowdfund Deal

Saratoga Asset Management is seeking crowdfunding for the development of a 27-unit townhome project in SouthPark. The company has inked a contract to acquire the 2.6-acre site, which was rezoned last year, and is joining forces with Simonini Homes on the development, which will be called SouthPark City Homes. To raise equity capital, the developer is working with FullCapitalStack, a Charlotte-based platform launched in January by QuietStream Financial, the Charlotte Business Journal reports. The goal is to raise $1.7M from accredited investors within 30 to 45 days. [CBJ]
