LNR Properties has hired Transwestern to lease 167k SF at two office buildings at the Airport Square Business Park in Linthicum. The high-security properties are at 881 Elkridge Landing Road, which totals 72k SF, and 1199 Winterson Road, which totals 85k SF.
Transwestern SVPs Tom Gentner and Brian Watts and VP Brian Siegel will begin leasing the space Oct. 1.
The business park is adjacent to Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport, just off MD Route 295 and two miles from I-95 and five miles from downtown Baltimore. It's home to a number of tech, telecommunications and security firms.
