Expect a flurry of office leasing activity in Baltimore over the next two to five years. Nearly 500 office leases are set to expire in 2020 and about one-fifth of them will expire in 2017. About 40% of those expiring in 2017 are in Howard County, which holds a number of Class-A office buildings, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Baltimore's CBD has 18 office leases expiring this year and next, while Baltimore County has 55 leases expiring in the next five years. [BBJ]
