Southern Management Corp will break ground early next year on the 150-room boutique hotel at Metro Centre at Owings Mills. The transit-oriented development is next to the Metro subway station in Owings Mills and includes apartments and restaurants. A 150k SF office building with 50k SF retail will open next year, the Baltimore Business Journal reports. Also in the works is a 385-unit apartment building. [BBJ]
