YES, THEY DO BIG DEALS IN CECIL COUNTY

Yesterday, Cushman & Wakefield's Ned Brady told us he and Matt Laraway just completed two deals worth 134k SF at 4 Center Dr in North East, above. GSA inked 76k SF at the industrial building to store medical supplies for the Dept. of Health & Human Services, and snack food-manufacturer Herr's expanded (58k SF) to occupy 154k SF. Ned says food users are active because more people are eating at home (thanks, economy). He and Matt are out with another largefood user for 300k SF in Maryland and Pennsylvania; they repped both sides of the Herr lease, while the GSA was repped out of its Philadelphia office.
