Woodberry’s Whitehall Mill’s 28 apartments will be move-in ready in a couple of weeks, Terra Nova Ventures founder David Tufaro says.
Once Terra Nova receives its city occupancy certificate, it will begin renting out the loft studios and one-bedroom apartments for between $1,600 and $2,500 per month. Residents have access to the pool and fitness center at Terra Nova’s other recently converted 19th century mill, Mill No. 1. That houses 84 apartments, Southern Italian restaurant Cosima and several offices.

The $22M renovation of the 100k SF space will also include a food market, a 4k SF restaurant and offices. David says he anticipates more food vendors, rather than restaurants, selling cheese, produce, Italian meats, bread and coffee. Architectural and design firms would be a natural fit for the offices, which contain lots of open space and natural lighting.
