Hogan Cos COO Victor White (right, with CEO Larry Hogan) told usabout another land of opportunity in the BRAC realm yesterday. His firm repped Lisa Conner in her sale of 1.7 commercially zoned acres in Hanover to Dilip Kapoor. Dilip has been gathering lots in this area—across Route 100 from the mega Arundel Mills development, near the coming Maryland Live casino and five miles from Fort Meade's front gate—and putting them in his piggy bank. (His piggy bank is the size of Delaware.) This latest site is next door to a four-acre parcel assembled by Hogan and sold to Gary Koch, who's in talks with potential users now.
