You can probably guess from our headline that we grabbed this picture of Bozzuto Group CEO Tom Bozzuto with Northwestern Mutual's Brian Lee and co-founder John Slidell Tuesday at ULI's DC conference. Tom tells he is working with The Peterson Companies to build the first apartments at National Harbor. The 371-unit apartment building will also contain 23k SF of ground-floor retail. Groundbreaking is slated for early 2012, Tom says, and construction will run around 20 months.
