Distressed property specialist Trigild, based in San Diego, is expanding in the Baltimore-Washington metro, adding Josh Hall as director of real estate projects. The firm's been remotely managed in this market for several years and decided to bring on Josh after adding over 3M SF to its portfolio in recent months. Josh says he sees the most opportunity in suburban office and industrial assets, although he handles retail and multifamily, too. An aside—he's happy to report that he saw no oil on the beaches of Gulf Shores, Ala., where he spent Thanksgiving.
