| It's not un heard of for CRE-ers to dabble in politics (there was this guy named Donald something or other), but music? Last week, local developer Mark Shapiro released his debut album, Dream Catcher. Work slowed down significantly during the recession, Mark says, and he used the time to write songs (25 over in two years). He's been singing and playing guitar since he was 10 years old and has been in garage bands throughout his 30-year real estate career (he's in the market for a keyboard player).
