After surviving Chapter 11 in November, GGP signed Northwestern Mutual for 17k SF at Harborplace Friday. C&W tenant rep Tim Jackson tells us Northwestern moves in this November, backfilling KPMG?s old space on the 25th floor. The deal leaves 99k SF (marketed at $28.50/SF) available at the 62% leased, 262k SF building, says Kim. Activity at the building has been brisk this year, Kim tells us, and GGP is anxious to do deals. Tim says Northwestern loved Harborplace?s central location and strong amenity base, not to mention its spectacular views of the Inner Harbor.
