That's Colliers' Tim Hearn standing in front of the steel for HarfordCounty's new Sheriff's Office in Edgewood. The $8M, 43k SF building (located at the county's new Southern Resource Center) is slated to finish in December. It's the first phase of a complex that'll eventually include a District Courthouse and another building for Harford's Health Department and Housing Agency. Tim and his partner Dave Dannenfelser were the brokers on the $3.5M sale of the seven-acre site to the county. Tim mentioned it's been a while since his picture was taken at a police station. We can't recall our last time either.
