Columbia Property Trust has sold 100 E Pratt St for $187M to a New Jersey-based real estate development and management firm.
The 28-story, Class-A office building houses the headquarters of T. Rowe Price, law firm Tydings & Rosenberg, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Vision Properties says it will continue to invest in and upgrade the property, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.
The 653k SF office building is the latest iconic tower in Baltimore to be sold. [BBJ]
