| Sources tell us printing company Barton Cotton (repped by CBRE'sMike Roden) will ink a 40k SF expansion at Continental Realty's 3030 Waterview Ave in Baltimore City where it consolidated its two southwest Baltimore locations for 210k SF a little over a year ago. Why the growth? Barton just bought The Mail Bag (located at 201 Commerce Dr in Upper Marlboro) and will use the space to house itsnew employees. Negotiations lasted for two months, and Barton's had an incredible rebound under the leadership of new owner Jim Moore after filing for Chapter 7 just two years ago. |
