Rick tells us WV Urban's 25th Street Station in Baltimore City (on an 11-acre site bounded by 25th Street, Maryland Avenue, 24th Street, and the CSX railroad tracks) breaks ground this August, with delivery in February 2013. Rick says the $75M mixed-use project includes a 94k SFWalmart over a 136k SF home improvement retailer with 70 apartment units along Maryland Aveue. It should create around 700 permanent jobs and 400 construction jobs, Rick says. |
