Yesterday Greenberg Gibbons announced a 52k SF Regal Cinemaswill anchor its 1.2M SF mixed-use Waugh Chapel Towne Centerin western Anne Arundel County. The center's 650k SF retail portion also has a 140k SF Wegmans and 137k SF Target as anchors, all of which are slated to open next spring. It's approved for 130k SF of office space and 380 residential units.
