Congrats to St. John Properties' Matt Holbrook, who was promoted to regional partner yesterday. He'll be responsible for all aspects of the firm's 1.2M SF Virginia, Montgomery County, and Frederick County portfolio, in addition to the ongoing development at The GATE at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Matt tells us he wants to monetize SJP's 200+ acres in land holdings in the region, especially those around Ashburn, VA. ?Loudoun County is at the center of intense data center demand,? he says. ?We just sold 38 acres in Ashburn to Sabey, and we're looking to do more deals.? Expanding the firm's footprint in Fairfax, Prince William, and Montgomery County is another priority. He joined SJP after leaving Opus East two years ago. Best of luck, Matt!
