| Baltimore's Pratt Street is the 32nd most expensive street in the country for office space, with a $26.73 average full-service rent, 19% higher than the rest of the city. JLL's Patrick Latimer told us yesterday the single highest rent went to 100 Light St (above, at the intersection with Pratt), where Miles & Stockbridge, by the way, recently agreed to lease at least 108k SF. But 100 E Pratt boasts the highest sale price: $207.5M ($326.61/SF). Oh, and if you're looking for some trash-talking fuel for this Sunday—say around 1pm—Pittsburgh's Grant Street ranks three spots lower with an average rent of $24.19. |
