Time to update your rolodex: Hearn Burkley is now Colliers International. And its added two new faces in process: tenant rep team Gary Applestein and Clare Berrang. The duo has an impressive resume, with over 4M SF of leases under its belt. Call it an early Christmas present.
Hearn's 55 employees in Columbia (they also have offices in Lutherville and Elkridge) do everything from brokerage to construction and manage 7M SF across more than 100 properties in the Baltimore region. Gary and Clare's expertise includes repping clients like advertising firm gkv and the Community College of Baltimore County. Gary (a Europhile who's traveled to Italy, Spain, and France) tells us they love solving problems for clients and expect to grow Colliers' office into a major player in Baltimore.
