At a broker event yesterday, Hampshire Cos’ Jamie Mahoney, Todd Anderson, and Michael Harrington announced Hampshire and MCB Realty’s redevelopment of 2510 Riva Rd, the 67k SF former home of Verizon Wireless, into a HQ facility, including a 33k SF expansion. MacKenzie Commercial’s Chris Bennett, Trish Farrell, Justin Mullen, and Scott Wimbrow are marketing the property, where construction will begin in Q4.
