Late last week water pipe specialists Spiniello bought Doracon Contractors' old building at 3500 E Biddle St. in Baltimore City for $2M (should we assume they'll rehab the building's plumbing as part of the deal?). Gold and Co's Mitch Gold and Jim Chivers brokered the sale and tell us the deal includes an office building as well as warehouse space. Spiniello (based in Livingston, NJ) has occupied the building for over a year while it went through bankruptcy court.
