DTLR, a retailer serving the urban lifestyle, has gone suburban with a 139,500 SF industrial flex lease in First Potomac's 7458 Candlewood Rd (also known as 1300 Mercedes Dr) in Hanover. DTLR is combining its office and warehouse (currently separate but in the same park) into this new HQ. CBRE's Mike Roden and John Wilhide repped the tenant, and Cushman & Wakefield's Ben Meisels repped First Potomac. Mercedes-Benz developed the building in '85, it was expanded in '09, and First Potomac bought it in January. It's fully leased, though the primary tenant is working through bankruptcy.
