San Antonio Children's Hospital Officially Underway

The Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Health Pavilion – Stone Oak officially broke ground yesterday. Officials from CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Health System and the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio were joined by Trammell Crow and Seavest to celebrate.

“This new development will offer the Stone Oak community access to The Children’s Hospital’s world-class Baylor College of Medicine physicians and care, as well as adult primary care, close to home," Children’s Hospital of San Antonio president Elias Neujahr said.

Located at 1434 East Sonterra Blvd, the three-story, 60k SF medical office building is slated for completion next summer. Occupants will include a variety of pediatric and family practice groups. The Health Pavilion will feature a fully dedicated children’s emergency room on its first floor.
