OliverMcMillan Files Permits for Dior

OliverMcMillan is moving forward with a single-story retail building at Buckhead Atlanta that will be home to haute fashion retailer Dior. The developer applied for a permit with the City of Atlanta to develop what it calls 3065 Peachtree, a 14k SF retail building where Dior will take some 5k SF, and have space for two other unnamed retailers. While no renderings were available, officials say the look could be reminiscent of its NYC flagship store (here).
