Which Major Gwinnett Software Firm's Looking for Space?

Gwinnett County's big software company is looking to expand—and for new office space. Sage Software has yet to hit the market, but Sage's Aimee Ertley tells us it's “continuously investigating potential opportunities to expand our presence in the Atlanta area,” in a move to perhaps make room for more employees. “We're exploring options right now,” Aimee says. Currently, Sage operates in 160k SF in two buildings off North Brown Road in Lawrenceville. Aimee was circumspect on details of the expansion, and whether the company would consider leaving Gwinnett County for the city as other tech companies have done in recent months. Officials with Cushman & Wakefield, who represent Sage and previously secured its Gwinnett deal, could not be reached for comment. Aimee says no RFP has been officially issued as Sage grapples with its direction of growth going forward.
