Triad MOB Eyed Next to Northside's Alpharetta Campus

Huntsville-based Triad Properties is moving forward on an Alpharetta medical office building. The developer has tapped Choate Construction locally to build a four-story, 106k SF MOB, adjacent to Northside Hospital's 140-acre, 700k SF Alpharetta Medical Campus. “Alpharetta is experiencing explosive growth and the need for high-quality, specialized healthcare services is in high demand," says Triad's William Stroud. Now in pre-lease phase, construction is targeted for 2016.
