Taylor English Stays Put, Expands

Atlanta law firm Taylor English Duma has expanded its presence in Atlanta.

The firm renewed and expanded by 24k SF to 79k SF at 1600 Parkwood Circle in Atlanta, the 151k SF mid-rise off Powers Ferry Road. The deal means the law firm, which has been scouting office sites since last year, will stay put for another 10 years.

ICON Commercial's Mitch Kahlert and Jimmy Sanders repped Taylor English, while PMRG's Scott Rees, Chip Roach and Bill Weghorst brokered for the landlord.
