Preston Ridge IV Grabs Restaurant App Developer

Red Book Connect—the app maker for restaurateurs—is on the move in Alpharetta. The company inked a 12k SF lease at Preston Ridge IV, a 150,300 SF office building off Preston Ridge Road near North Point Mall. Lincoln Property Co's Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell grabbed the deal for the landlord, while Scotland Wright Associates' Michael Tucker brokered for the tenant.
