N3 Could Anchor New Office in Wide Net Search

N3 Communications is still in the hunt for 100k SF of office space that could anchor a new office development, casting a wide net across the metro area. We spoke with CRESA's Bo Keatly, who reps the sales and marketing outsourcing company. The firm is HQ'd at The Dupree at Powers Ferry Landing East off Powers Ferry Road. Bo says the firm is eyeing opportunities in Cumberland/Galleria, Central Perimeter, Midtown and Buckhead. A very wide net, indeed. But N3 is growing, adding 150 jobs this year, and way more going forward. “When you got 500 employees, growing to 600 employees, you got to cast a pretty wide net,” Bo says. The firm is willing to anchor a new office development, but needs occupancy by spring 2016.
