MSFT Eyes an Alpharetta Short List

A North Fulton Fortune 500 giant could be down to a short list. Sources tell us that Microsoft's 50k SF RFP that's been shopping in North Fulton has limited its options, including anchoring Hines Interest's Avalon office project, Greenstone Properties' planned 150k SF office project within its Parkway 400 mixed-use project across from Avalon, and renewing at its longtime home at Sanctuary Park. Colliers International's Drew Levine and Jeff Kelley are repping Microsoft in the search, but were unavailable as of press time. Officials with Hines and Greenstone both declined to comment. Greenstone's Parkway 400 project off Kimball Bridge Parkway will be the future home of an InterContinental Hotel Group's EVEN boutique hotel brand location in 2017.
