A manufacturer of military-grade computer hardware is moving its offices to Duluth to make way for a plant expansion in Lawrenceville.

Trenton Systems leased 50K SF in the 1200 building of 3100 Breckinridge Blvd. in Duluth, roughly 25 miles north of Downtown Atlanta. The deal will allow Trenton to move its executives and engineers out of a single-story flex office building in Lawrenceville to expand its manufacturing operations there, said David Shockley, an agent with Progressive Realty who represented Trenton in the deal.

Shockley also is a former executive with Trenton, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Lincoln Property Co. Senior Vice President Hunter Henritze, Vice President Matt Fergus and Senior Leasing Associate Seabie Hickson brokered the deal for the landlord, TerraCap Management.

Fergus said Trenton is taking the final two available floors at Building 1200, which were occupied by IBM until the tech giant vacated in 2020. TerraCap purchased the Breckinridge office campus in 2017, a deal that included six single-story office buildings on the property as well. In February, TerraCap sold all but the multi-story office building.

Founded in 1989, Trenton designs and builds servers and computer equipment for the military, U.S. government, industrial and commercial markets, according to the company's website.
