We got an exclusive first look into MidCity Plaza, the Class-A 63k SF boutique office building renovation underway in Central Perimeter. MidCity Real Estate Partners' Kirk Demetrops bought 5620 Glenridge Dr, the former Crawford & Co HQ, for a little more than $3M from a lender in 2013. Since then he's put the facility through a $7M renovation, including turning the first floor into a parking deck. Renovations should be complete by April 1, Kirk tells us. DTZ’s Glenn Kolker and Preston Menning have been tapped to lease the project. See what else is in store for the office building here.
