Guess Which Buckhead Tower is Hitting the Market?

This time, it's One Buckhead Plaza, the 440k SF tower overlooking the Buckhead Village and OliverMcMillan's Buckhead Atlanta project.

Sources tell us Seattle-based Metzler has tapped Eastdil Secured to market the property, seeking $140M, or about $310/SF. That would continue Atlanta's office market trend of selling prime properties above $300/SF.

The tower is 92% occupied, with tenants Niles Bolton and JP Turner taking a good portion. Eastdil has been having a big year; aside from having Northpark Town Center under contract with Cousins Properties, the firm also helped sell Palisades Office Park in Central Perimeter for $95M to Atlanta Property Group and 171 17th St, which sold to KBS Realty Investment Trust for $132.5M. Officials with Eastdil and Metzler could not be reached for comment.
