Cate, just purchased some 400k SF in five North Atlanta buildings, including 6465 E Jones Crossing (100k SF in Johns Creek) and 100k SF at 6525 and 6575 The Corners Pkwy. Glenfield paid $37.5M for the portfolio deal, which includes tenants such as Sprint, Anheuser-Busch, and Toshiba.
