Glenfield Beefs Up in Peachtree Corners

We found out that Glenfield Capital, headed by industry vet James P. Cate, just purchased some 400k SF in five North Atlanta buildings, including 6465 E Jones Crossing (100k SF in Johns Creek) and 100k SF at 6525 and 6575 The Corners Pkwy. Glenfield paid $37.5M for the portfolio deal, which includes tenants such as Sprint, Anheuser-Busch, and Toshiba.
